Training
LXG provides training that is customized to meet the needs of any organization.  We follow an instructional systems design approach to ensure that a company’s staff is trained to better perform on the job.

Training can be provided on virtually ANY topic. Sample topics include: customer service, first-line supervisor, strategic planning, train-the-trainer, sexual harassment, and drug-free workplace. LXG also conducts organizational development initiatives such as 360-degree feedback and team-building workshops.

LXG has experience delivering training in a variety of methods including classroom, computer-based, video, and blended methods.

To help client staff transition to self-sufficiency, LXG provides training on almost any of our services: Government Contracting, Indirect Rate Development, Bookkeeping, and Human Resources Management.  Our staff maintains the CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) by the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
